Refund and Returns Policy

Return policy follows a very simple, transparent and customer friendly return policy.

We only offer exchange of products (unstitched fabrics). If you have not liked the product that you have received you can exchange the product. You are supposed to inform us on the same day of delivery. After 24 hours of receiving the product no return/exchange requests will be entertained.

If you would like to return any of the items purchased please contact us on the same day of delivery with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Delivery address
  • Specify the reason for return and in case of a defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item

To return the product, the customer will need to pay reverse courier charges of 200 rs which will be deducted from the credit amount provided. If due to some reasons we are not able to arrange reverse pick up especially if you are in a remote area then you have to send the product back to us to the address provided to you by our executive. The product must reach us back within 7-8 days maximum. Customer is supposed to provide us tracking details. Reverse courier charges will be borne by the customer. Product received after 10 days will not be taken back.

After the product is received back and our quality team has reviewed the product, you will be offered an exchange of product(s).

Refund for all orders is credited as Store Credits only in the form of Credit Note /( shristyles wallet )which can be used at only.

  • You can return only unused products you have ordered if informed on the same day of Delivery.
  • Used products cannot be returned.

Please note *we do not offer any return or exchange for Pre Booked orders*

Items under SALE will not be exchanged or refunded unless the product is damaged. You are required to inform us on the same of receiving the product. please send us an image of the product received (Misprint, Beads or tassels coming out , uneven edges of dupatta , difference in shade , lesser fabric will not be considered as faulty or defective. ) reserve the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse to accept return/exchange of any order for any reason.

STITCHED, PRET or Custom Stitched Products are Strictly Non-Returnable irrespective of wrong size or fit.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS BY reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product for various reasons such as incorrect price uploaded, item out of stock with the brand increase in shipping cost or import duties. The cancellation applies irrespective if the order is Paid or processed. We will refund the amount to the customer and the customer will be informed about the same.-

No Guarantee on Color: Please note that the does not give any sort of color or shade guarantee on fabrics. For any complaints related to color or difference in shade please contact respective designer directly.

Cancellation by Customer

Unfortunately we will not be able to cancel the order once it has been placed. This applies to irrespective of order being “Under Process” or “Shipped”.


Refunds of your order will be done in form of store credit (shristyles wallet) only- which can be used to place a new order. Refund to source can be done only if the order has been cancelled by

We offer refund of purchased products only if we fail to deliver an item, wrong item delivered to you and we fail to provide you the correct product item.

After the request has been verified and approved by our executives the 100% payment shall be refunded (as per refunds policy) and the customer shall be informed of the same.
